Recently bought this vacuum, but returned it after first use. The suction works great but trying to empty the dirt cup is a mess! Dirt doesn't empty easily, I tap it a few times and had to put my hands in to help release the dirt - what a mess! Also, I think the telescope tube is too short, trying to vacuum baseboard, corners or hard to reach places is inconvenient.
