I bought this product a few years ago on a friends recommendation. I have always owned my own rug scrubbers. After using it for 2-3 months, it started making a loud sound occasionally when the scrubber spun. Eventually the noise got louder and more frequent until the entire unit froze up. Then I just used it for upholstery cleaning and the casing that held the hose on broke off. I threw it out in disgust and bought a new scrubber.
